Screen Sharing
A secure connection lets the technician view your screen directly and work on the fault as it appears, rather than relying on a description of it over the phone.
A remote session connects you with a technician without a visit to any of our stores. Software faults, account setup and basic training are handled through a secure screen-sharing connection, wherever you happen to be working from.
A secure connection lets the technician view your screen directly and work on the fault as it appears, rather than relying on a description of it over the phone.
Most software faults can be resolved this way, without bringing the device into a workshop at all.
Some sessions cover training instead of a fault. The technician demonstrates a task on screen, and you repeat the same steps on your own device as you go.
Certain issues need only a short call. A technician explains the fix by phone directly, without a screen-sharing session being opened at all.
Sessions can be booked online or by telephone, at a time that fits your day.
Once booked, instructions for a secure connection are sent through. Setup takes a few minutes on most devices.
The technician resolves the issue during the session, and explains what caused it once the work is done.
Sessions are priced by length. Choose whichever fits the issue you are dealing with.

Yes. Connections are encrypted, and access ends automatically once the session closes. Nothing on the device stays reachable by us afterward.
Windows and Mac computers accept full remote control. Phones and tablets are more limited and generally rely on screen sharing rather than direct control of the device.
Most sessions run between thirty and sixty minutes, depending on what the issue involves. Longer sessions are available where more setup work is needed.
Some faults need physical access to the device and cannot be resolved over a remote connection. In that case, the technician recommends an in-store or mail-in repair instead.
No separate purchase is required beforehand. A small connection tool is provided by our team at the start of the session and removed once it ends.
Help is available the same day, from wherever you are, without any travel involved.
