How do I know if it’s the battery or something else?
If playback time has dropped gradually over months, it's almost always the battery. If the fault appeared suddenly — no sound, no pairing, or no charging light at all — it's more likely a connector, port or board-level issue. Either way, our free diagnostic identifies the actual cause before you pay for anything.
What should I bring with my device?
Bring the charging case, cable and any earbuds that pair with the unit. You don't need the original box or receipt — we only need the device itself to diagnose the fault.
How long do audio device repairs take?
Most battery and charging case repairs are completed the same day or within 24–48 hours. Board-level and micro-soldering repairs can take 2–5 working days depending on parts availability.
Is it worth repairing older earbuds or headphones?
